Server Sentinel 2

— FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE —

Intelli Innovations, Inc. previews Server Sentinel 2 – the complete server
monitoring toolkit for Macintosh.

July 28th, 2000 – Intelli Innovations, Inc., developers of innovative
Internet and productivity solutions for the Macintosh platform, today
announced Server Sentinel 2 Preview for Macintosh. Sentinel will check your
servers at specified intervals, and then run events if a server check fails
like e-mailing or paging you, running AppleScripts, opening applications
locally or over networks, resetting crashed computers, and much more. So
don’t worry – your systems will stay up without you.

Sentinel 2 now features new failure and recovery events, advanced failure
event scripting, ICMP ping support, automatic log export (text or HTML),
support for Kickoff! and Rebound! from Sophisticated Circuits, and lots of
other minor improvments. Sentinel 2 has been rewritten from the ground up
to offer extended functionality in all key areas.

More information, along with a preview version (Server Sentinel 2.0b1) is

Pricing information will be released shortly. Sentinel 2 is a free upgrade
for previous owners of the product. The currently available beta version
contains undocumented and unimplemented features. Please use it at your own
risk.
