Griffin Technology today announced that its TuneFlex dock and charger for iPod nano now comes bundled with a cassette tape adapter. The TuneFlex package now provides a complete solution for charging, mounting and playing iPod nano in an automobile. Simply plug the cassette adapter into TuneFlex’s 1/8″ stereo line-out jack, and slip the cassette into the auto’s tape deck. TuneFlex plugs into any standard 12 Volt accessory outlet to power and charge the iPod even during use.

Griffin Technology today announced that TuneFlex for iPod nano, a dock and charger designed with automobile convenience in mind, is now shipping. TuneFlex’s flexible steel neck adjusts to any angle, and its cradle grips the nano and rotates it to stay upright and easily readable in any position. TuneFlex plugs into a car’s 12 Volt accessory outlet to power and charge the iPod. The light at the base of TuneFlex’s neck shows power status, and the unit’s charging circuitry is equipped with a fuse to keep the iPod safe.
