ProjectWizards today announced the release of Merlin 1/2/10, the latest update to the company’s project management application. Even though Merlin version 1.3.10 might be a minor release it still boasts of two major revisions. Often requested by Merlin users, it is now possible to import OmniOutliner 3 files into Merlin. In addition to that, ProjectWizards has given the netplan a new layout concept. This concept gives the user working with the netplan view a better overview of the project. In addition, a few minor issues have been resolved.

ProjectWizards today announced the release of their new Universal Binary version of Merlin, the company’s project management application. “We’re not just talking speed here,” said Frank Blome, ProjectWizards’ MD, “we’re talking speed of light.” That is the difference that everyone will notice when they run Merlin on a Mac with Intel processors. The speed of the application can be seen not only while starting it, but one really sees the difference when, for example, the bars in the Gantt chart are moved.
