Final Cut Pro users from around the world are meeting on Wednesday, April 21st at the Stardust Hotel in Las Vegas as part of the annual National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) trade show.

Randy Ubillos, Final Cut pro creator and chief architect, will speak when the Final Cut Pro User Group Network holds a gathering on Jan. 7, beginning at 7 p.m. at the Mezzanine Club in downtown San Francisco. Ubillos will discuss Final Cut Pro 4 while guests involved in the production of the “Cold Mountain” movie will discuss how FCP was used in the production of the motion picture. There’ll be other demos, a raffle with prizes, food and drink. Doors open at 6; seating is first come first serve and is limited.
