Apple takes action over Chinese trademark dispute
Apple is taking action against the trademark appraisal committee under China’s State Administration for Industry and Commerce over a trademark dispute with a Chinese clothing manufacturer, reports China Daily. According to the report, Guangdong Apples Industrial Co uses a logo (shown at left) very similar to Apple’s trademarked “apple with a bite out of it” logo.
