Apple to launch ad campaign in Ireland

The Irish Times reports that Apple will launch an advertising campaign in Dublin, Ireland. The campaign will focus predominantly on the company’s new iBook and demonstrates a renewed effort on Apple’s part to target the Irish market.

Apple has made CarbonLib 1.3.1 available via their Software Update Control Panel and their Web Site. Their isn’t much information on this release as of yet, but the notice Apple gives you prior to download is, “CarbonLib 1.3.1 delivers new functionality and features for Carbon-based applications on Mac OS 8.6, all Mac OS 9 releases, and Mac OS X.”.
