Unmarked Software has updated TextSoap (http://www.unmarked.com/textsoap/) — a Mac OS X utility for cleaning out the extraneous forwarding marks, invisible characters, and formatting that you often find in e-mails and long documents — to version 6.4.1. The upgrade specifically works around a recent issue in Apple Mail that leaves the user with black on black text.

TextSoap is Universal Binary so runs natively on both PowerPC and Intel Macs. It requires Mac OS X 10.5 (“Leopard”) or higher.

Troi Automatisering has released Troi Dialog Plug-in 5.5.3 for FileMaker Pro 11. It’s a maintenance release, but also includes a handful of enhancements.

Troi Dialog Plug-in is a tool for displaying all sorts of dialogs in FileMaker Pro 11. The text of the dialog and of the buttons can be created dynamically by using a calculation.

Hong Kong based FaCILISI has introduced iPad Pages Templates, an iPad compatible version of their iWork Pages Templates, made for the Pages application for Mac OS X. The templates enable the creation of brochures, flyers, postcards, posters, business cards, and envelopes.

Users need only add their own text and pictures to create documents in iWork Pages for Mac OS X, or iPad Pages for iOS 3.2 or later. FaCILISI iWork Pages Templates offers the user an additional 1200-plus templates from which to choose.
