YDL 2.0 TO DEBUT AT MACINTOSH BUSINESS EXPO, PORTLAND OREGON

Loveland, CO — 1 May 2001 — Terra Soft Solutions, Inc., the leading

Macintosh Business Expo with the first public presentation of the much
anticipated Yellow Dog Linux 2.0.

YDL 2.0 beta, Booth #12, from 10:00 am until 3:00 pm. From 3:00 pm through
5:00 pm Staats will host a forum concerning the most recent advances of
