For immediate release:
Document Express makes it easy to bring your newsletter to the Internet.

Document Express, a San Diego based Internet software developer, has
released a new Macintosh product called E-Document Express, a
general-purpose document distribution system ideal for newsletter
publishers who need tools to help create, manage, and distribute an email
based publication.

E-Document Express combines contact management, word processing and
electronic mail (email), with an application programming interface (API)
and Module Class Library (MCL) into a single program, offering ease-of-use,
extendibility, power and flexibility.

Use the Contact module to maintain your recipient list, with options for
sorting, searching, selecting, keywording, marking and printing. Also
supports envelope and mailing label printing for standard U.S.Post
recipients.

Use the Documents module to create, edit, maintain and distribute your
documents via electronic mail. Includes drag and drop editing, spell
checking, text alignment and variable tab stops. Additionally, use powerful
data-merge technology; create a single document template and “email merge”
directly from your contact module. Use data-merge to create a unique
message body and subject for each recipient. Send your document as straight
text, or optionally send as HTML.

Metrowerks CodeWarrior or Symantec C/C++ developers can use the Module
Programming Interface (API) and the E-Document Express Module Class Library
(MCL) to extend E-Document Express. Developers have full access to
database, email (POP3/SMTP) and many application features. Create custom
and vertical solutions using the API and MCL for E-Document Express.

As an introductory Macworld price, Document Express is offering E-Document
Express Lite single user licenses for $89.95 USD, E-Document Express Pro
for $169.95 USD and the E-Document Express Module Development Toolkit for
$299.95.
