INFTYLAB, a new brand from BenQ focused exclusively on Mac desktop accessories, has launched with three products designed specifically for Apple’s ecosystem: the INFTYLAB M Mouse, the INFTYLAB Studio Arm, and the INFTYLAB Flow Desk Mat.
The US$119.99 M Mouse PS01 isn’t designed for a single grip, but provides support points for the palm, fingers, and thumb. The center arc mimics the hand’s natural resting curve, while side grooves support the thumb and ring finger, which purportedly eliminate the pain and discomfort that comes with extended work sessions.
The mouse supports Bluetooth, USB-C wired and 2.4G wireless connections. It has “native macOS fluidity” so users can map common trackpad and Multi-Touch gestures into shortcut buttons and store settings directly using onboard memory
The $259.99 Studio Arm AM01 is built exclusively for the Studio Display (27-inch stand and VESA mount adapter versions) and Studio Display XDR (27-inch VESA mount adapter version), and Studio Arm AM02 for the iMac.It has a design made from silver aluminum.
Unlike traditional monitor arms that often require repeated spring or counterweight adjustments, Studio Arm features weight balance technology. Will Wu, Founder of INFTYLAB and Assistant Vice President at BenQ, say that instead of manually adjusting springs and counterweights, users select the display model and configuration on the dial and the arm balances instantly. Tilt adjustment includes a tension indicator window, letting users confirm adjustment force in real time for precise, stable movement. The Studio Arm also adds wider adjustment ranges, forward and horizontal movement, and portrait rotation for greater flexibility across different workflows, Wu says
A separately sold VESA adapter SCS01F ($69.99) allows the original Studio Display stand version or iMac to connect to Studio Arm without removing the stand.
The $34.99 Flow Desk Mat PLG01 deskman is “precisely tuned to optimize the glide is precisely tuned to optimize the glide premium faux leather surface allows for smooth mouse movement, while its rubber backing increases mat stability on desktops,” Wu says. It also features a flexible, modular, and magnetic cable management system, with components that adapt to individual usage needs for a clutter-free workspace.
