“Severance” is the latest series to be shut down as a result of the writers strike in Hollywood.The Apple TV+ drama series has had production on its second season paused in New York as a result of strike picketing, reports Deadline.
This is the second Apple TV+ series to be shut down as a result of the labor action. The Maya Rudolph series “Loot” halted filming last week in LA.
The critically acclaimed “Severance” has won multiple awards. Apple renewed the series for a second season in April 2022. The first season is now available for streaming on Apple TV+
