Apple TV+ acquires ‘The Gorge’ thriller with Ana-Taylor Joy, Miles Teller

Apple Original Films has acquired the rights to the thriller “The Gorge,” which will star Miles Teller and Ana-Taylor Joy and is from director Scott Derrickson (“The Black Phone”), reports The Wrap.

“The Gorge” comes from Skydance Media and is based on a spec script by Zach Dean. Specific plot details are being kept under wraps, but I’d described as a high-action, genre-bending love story.

David Ellison, Dana Goldberg, Don Granger will produce for Skydance, alongside Crooked Highway’s Scott Derrickson, C. Robert Cargill, and Sherryl Clark. Dean, Adam Kolbrenner and Greg Goodman will also produce.
