° Users in the U.S. can get a month of Paramount+ for free via the Apple TV app in an offer that ends on June 30, according to The MacObserver.

° In a note to clients — as noted by AppleInsider — the Wedbush investment firm believes there is still “massive” pent-up demand for new smartphones within Apple’s customer base.

° 9to5 Mac reports that Hulu has acknowledged and is investigating a playback issue affecting some content in its Apple TV application. 

° Spiceworks Ziff Davis (SWZD) has announced that Apple Co-founder and tech giant, Steve Wozniak, will be the Keynote Speaker for SpiceWorld 2021 (September 27-29, 2021). It’s an annual, three-day conference packed with tech know-how, networking opportunities, and a first glance at emerging IT products and solutions.

° The global tablets market is expected to grow from $61.63 billion in 2020 to $69.9 billion in 2021 at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 13.4%, according to Research and Markets. The growth is mainly due to the companies rearranging their operations and recovering from the COVID-19 impact, which had earlier led to restrictive containment measures involving social distancing, remote working, and the closure of commercial activities that resulted in operational challenges, adds the research group.
