Ableton has announced that Link, its new technology for playing in time together, is now available in Live 9.6, a free update to Live 9.
Link synchronizes beat, phase, and tempo of Live and Link-enabled iOS apps over a wireless or ethernet connection. It works between several instances of Live, with Live and iOS apps, or even without Live in your setup.
Live 9.6 is a free update for Live 9 users. Link is also now available in a number of iOS apps. Go to the Ableton website (www.ableton.com) for details.
