Other World Computing (OWC) is shipping the OWC Drive Dock, a new docking station that allows creative professionals and other users of large amounts of data to hot-swap, and quickly access, store and transfer information from bare SATA drives.

The OWC Drive Dock is compatible with both Mac and PC systems, and provides two drive bays that each can accommodate either 2.5-inch or 3.5-inch drives.  The two drives can be accessed simultaneously for improved data access and transfer speed, ensuring convenient access to multiple drives.

The OWC Drive Dock sports an aluminum enclosure and quiet, fanless operation. It also has internal universal auto-switching power supply, so no external power brick needed.

The OWC Drive Dock is available now for same-day shipping at http://tinyurl.com/qzsp3lx. The Drive Dock is priced at $247.99, which includes a one meter Thunderbolt cable and a 0.6 meter USB 3.0 cable.
