Billings Pro for Mac OS X, iOS revved to version 1.8

Marketcircle has unveiled Billings Pro 1.8 (http://www.marketcircle.com/billingspro), an update to its time billing and invoicing solution for Mac OS X and iOS devices.

It’s a multi-user time tracking and invoicing application for for multi-user businesses, with a web interface for workers to track time. Version 1.8 is designed to maximize the capabilities of the iPhone and iPad to create a one-stop app for freelancers and working professionals to track their time, expenses, and mileage and to send invoices and track payments.

Billings Pro uses Marketcircle’s Apple Design Award Winning desktop interface from Billings 3, as well as an iPhone application based heavily off of their Billings Touch app. The synchronization technology is derived from Marketcircle’s Daylite software.

New in Billings Pro is the addition of a web interface called Timecard. Timecard allows staff members to track time, mileage, and expenses from any modern browser. This includes Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Safari, and mobile browsers for the iPhone, iPad Android, and Blackberry. Billings Pro includes over 30 professionally designed invoice templates, along with three specific templates for law and professional services.

It’s available for download with a free 30-day trial. Version 1.8 is a free update for registered users of verison 1.x. Users can purchase Billings Pro for a one-time fee of US$199.95 per user. Users can upgrade from Billings 3 to Billings Pro for $174.95 per user. For temporary users, Marketcircle offers a monthly per user “pay as you go” option for $24.95.
