Vostok launches Taxonomy for quick file sorting

Vostok has announced Taxonomy for Mac OS X. The app is designed for quick file sorting and requires OS X 10.7 or higher.

Taxonomy is designed to help you sort documents, photos, and media. You can sort folders and store them in order. For example, you can sort photos into folders with names such as “Holiday in Franc,” “Birthday Party,” and more.

Taxonomy shows folder contents one by one in Quick Look mode, which allows you to view the file and the information about it. Double clicking on the file opens it in the standard editor application.

Taxonomy may be purchased on the Mac App Store for US$9.99. However, there’s a special launch discount of 50% through May 24. A demo is also available for download at the Vostok web site (http://taxonomy.vostok-dev.com).
