XO Digital launches new digital music distribution platform

XO (www.xodigital.com), a provider of digital asset management solutions — has announces a digital music distribution service for artists. It charges US$2 per track or ringtone.

Once uploaded, XO Digital places an artist’s content in a number of digital retailers. Users can sell their content to the iTunes Store, Amazon and more. Other digital retailers include Gracenote, Boinc, Digital Tunes, Mix Radio, Google Play, Rhapsody, Shazam, Spotify, Xbox Music, and more.

Users get to keep 100% of the rights to their content. The folks at XO Digital says there are no hidden fees or failed payouts.
