Zuhanden has released the Mac companion app of Files United, a digital content manager for iPad and iPhone. In combination with the iOS app, files can now be transferred between iOS devices and Macs via drag and drop.

Files United, the successor of File Manager Pro App, was specifically developed for the iOS 7. The app allows seamless access to all digital content, at home, in the office, at the university, or on the go — regardless of whether the files are documents, images, music, or videos.

In addition to local storage, Files United integrates with the most popular cloud services, such as Dropbox, Google Drive, Box.com, Skydrive, and SugarSync. It’s even possible to access external FTP servers. Go to www.filesunited.com for more info.

For the launch of the Mac app, and to give existing File Manager Pro users a free upgrade, Files United is available for free on the Apple App Store and the Mac App Store for 14 days.
