Nisus Software (www.nisus.com) has rolled out Nisus Writer Pro 2.0.7 and Nisus Writer Express 3.4.6, the latest release of their word processors. They’re maintenance upgrades with performance enhancements and bug fixes.
Nisus Writer Express and Nisus Writer Pro can be updated from within the app. Select “Check for Updates” from the “Nisus Writer Express/Pro” menu and follow the instructions. You can also download the update from the Express and Pro update pages.
Nisus Writer Pro 2.0.7 and Nisus Writer Express 3.4.6 require OS X 10.6.6 or above. Both are available now from the Nisus web site and the Mac App Store.
Nisus Writer Pro costs US$79. The upgrade from Pro 1.x is $49. An academic version is available ($39) as is a three-license family pack for $99. Nisus Writer Express is $45. The upgrade from Express versions 1 or 2 is $30. An academic version is available ($26) as is a three-license family pack for $79.
