Acronis says Acronis ExtremeZ-IP 8.1 now supports Mac OS X 10.9 Mavericks. ExtremeZ-IP is software for harmonizing Mac use on Windows servers. New support improves enterprise IT and Mac user productivity for 8,000 customers by resolving compatibility and performance issues related to Windows file, print, and NAS server access, according to the folks at Acronis.
ExtremeZ-IP 8.1 is available as a free upgrade to existing customers under a maintenance contract. It can also be downloaded as a free trial and purchased by new customers via the Acronis web store, which offers two pricing options for enterprises: enterprise subscription licensing (ESL) and perpetual licensing.
