DEVONtechnologies has released maintenance updates for all editions of DEVONagent, its Internet research assistant for OS X.
DEVONagent is designed to help you search more efficiently on the web. It searches multiple sources for relevant results, and gives you power tools for your research. Both DEVONagent Pro (US$49.95) and Express ($4.95) 3.5.2 come with an updated “Tube” scanner which scans webpages for embedded media. The update also fixes known issues and improves overall performance and reliability.
The update is recommended for all users and can be downloaded free from the DEVONtechnologies website (www.devontechnologies.com) or obtained through the App Store.
All editions of DEVONagent require an Intel-based Mac and OS X 10.6.8 or later. In the Mac App Store DEVONagent Pro and Express require OS X 10.8 or later. All apps can be downloaded from DEVONtechnologies online and, the commercial apps can be test-driven free of charge before they need to be properly licensed. All editions of DEVONagent are also available via the App Store.
