Waschhaus launches Eisenpower for pro Mac users

Under the name of “Quadranto” waschhaus media has relaunched Eisenpower, a productivity Mac app that was originally released in November 2012. It provides a 4-quadrant structure for organizing your tasks by importance and urgency.

Besides the new name, it has a more Mac-like user interface targeted especially at pro users and new features introduced based on the customers’ feedback, according to the folks at waschhaus. An iPhone version will be available at the end of October.

Users can now switch projects more quickly, change quadrant titles in place and move tasks between projects more efficiently. This is possible due to the new sidebar and the so called “quadrant chooser” for moving tasks to other projects. It helps you choosing a destination quadrant when using drag and drop.

What’s more there are new options for emphasizing due tasks. Badges in the sidebar and in the Dock icon help the user to notice unfinished tasks and missed deadlines are now highlighted.

Eisenpower requires OS X Mountain Lion 10.8 or higher. It costs US$6.99 and is available worldwide exclusively through the Mac App Store in the Productivity category (http://tinyurl.com/oo6h953).
