Apple has confirmed reports that will begin rolling out a nationwide (U.S.) iPhone trade-in program today, reports “AppleInsider” (www.appleinsider.com).

The program will allow Apple Store customers to trade-in an older model iPhone for store credit toward the purchase of a new model. The goal seems to be to keep current iPhone owners within the Apple ecosystem, says “AppleInsider.”
