Maclocks, which makes Apple anti-theft solutions, has introduced the new MacBook Air Lock Bracket Kit. It provides MBA users with a way to secure their laptop.
The new MBA Lock Bracket Kit is made of an aerospace aluminum bracket, designed with the patented “Wedge” security slot. The included Wedge Security Cable (with the world’s slimmest locking head) has a 360-degree rotational locking head that enables a full range of motion while holding the secured device, says Alexander Gad, general manager, Maclocks.
The bracket (only 1mm thick), along with its lightweight construction (less than a pound) is easily fastened to the bottom of the MBA using its own original four screw holes, he adds. The MBA Lock Bracket Kit includes all the tools you need to secure your device.
The new MBA Lock Bracket Kit, in both 11-inch and 13-inch sizes, is available for pre-order on Maclocks.com for US$69.95.
