Apple wants a U.S. judge to force Google to turn over documents related to its Android operating system, according to “Bloomberg” (http://tinyurl.com/cgpvzeb)

The article says Apple told U.S. Magistrate Judge Paul S. Grewal in San Jose, California, that Google is improperly withholding information about what terms it’s using to find the documents Apple has requested in pretrial information sharing. Apple says the Android OS is used in all of Samsung’s allegedly infringing products and “provides much of the accused functionality” in Apple’s claims.

This is all part of the ongoing, global legal battle. Apple and Samsung have filed more than 30 lawsuits against each other across four continents. For example, Apple alleges that Samsung copied the slide-to-unlock technology of its iPhone and iPad devices.
