Mac OS X software updates for Jan. 10

Here are the latest updates for Mac OS X apps:

Left Coast Logic (www.leftcoastlogic.com) has rolled out SmartDay 2.0, which uses adaptive logic to schedule tasks into the free time in one’s calendar, and syncs to their iOS organizers via their free Cloud hub. The update features one-touch notes and check-lists that can be linked to any combination of tasks, events and dates for true integration.

Thunderbilt, the email client from Mozilla (www.mozilla.org) has flown to version 17.0.2. It fixes some security issues.

Alexander Lindenstruth (http://www.wrench.at/CalendarMenu/) has revved CalendarMenu, which places a small calendar in your menu bar, to version 2.0.1. It adds an option to show vertical separator lines between weekday columsn.

Eternal Storms Software (www.screenfloatapp.com) has updates ScreenFloat, an update of the productivity tool that creates “floating” screenshots. Details on what the upgrade involves weren’t available.
