Here are the latest Apple rumors from the blogosphere:

“With the iPhone 5 just over a month old, rumors of iPhone 5S production have already started to surface. Sources claim the next iPhone model will see limited production starting in December, leading to speculation that Apple is targeting a spring product launch instead of waiting about a year for a new product release.” — “The MacObserver” (www.macobserver.com)

“Apple is removing AppleCare as an option from Apple Stores and third-party retailers in Italy, a leaked email indicates. The message is said to come from Apple Distribution International in Ireland, and adds that Apple is planning to discontinue phone-based AppleCare services in the country. With those options excluded, it appears that the only way of getting AppleCare in the country will be buying it online.” — “MacNN” (www.macnn.com)

“Back in September, the Swiss Federal Railways accused Apple of copying its iconic clock design for the new Clock app for iPad included as part of iOS 6. Several weeks later, the agency announced that the dispute had been settled with Apple signing a licensing agreement for the design, although terms of the agreement were not announced.” — “MacRumors” (www.macrumors.com)

“New iPhone, iPad, and ‘iTV’ slated for first half of 2013?” — “CNET” (news.cnet.com)
