The Joy Factory has introduced an extended offering of its Airmax family of protective cases for the Apple iPhone 5.
The original military-inspired Airmax line has now been expanded to include the US$34.95 Airmax Clear. For maximum protection and a secure grip, the protective case features the patent-pending Diamond Air Cushion, a raised textured design with multiple shock-absorbent layers.
According to the folks at The Joy Factory, the Airmax boasts the slimmer profile and design options that users expect with a traditional fashion case, yet integrates a shell lined with diamond-shaped air cushions to guard against short drops, bumps and scratches. The translucent back allows users to maintain the look of their original iPhone accented with a protective bumper available in three colors options: black, gray, or lavender.
The Airmax Clear boasts a water-resistant sleeve and the RainBallet IPX7-rated waterproof case. It’s currently available for pre-order at www.thejoyfactory.com and will soon be available through major online retailers and selected retail stores. It comes with a reusable water-resistant BubbleShield sleeve and a Prism Screen protector for the iPhone 5.
