Freshfiber (http://freshfiber.com) has unveiled a new iPhone case designed by Alan Nguyen. Conceived to survive a harsh and rugged lifestyle, the case suspends the phone between a flex layer designed to absorb the shock from drops.

The complex structure of this flex zone is made possible thanks to the 3D printing production technology used in its creation, according to the folks at Freshfiber. It will be available at the end of the month. Pricing hasn’t been announced.
