Mac OS X software updates for Sept. 7

Here are the latest updates for Mac OS X apps:

Recosoft Corp. (www.recosoft.com) is shipping PDF2ID Standard and PDF2ID Professional 3.5 for Mac and Windows. They’re the newest versions of the PDF-to-InDesign conversion tools. PDF2ID 3.5 now uses a modern hybrid 32/64-bit PDF and XPS conversion core. Version 3.5 adds support for InDesign CS6.
Realmac Software (www.realmacsoft.com) has announced an update to their Analog photography app, Analog. Version 1.2 ships with 28 filters and 16 borders.

Michael Tsai has released SpamSieve 2.9.4 (c-command.com/spamsieve/), an update to his Bayesian spam filtering utility for popular e-mail clients such as Apple Mail, Mailsmith, Entourage, PowerMail, and Eudora. The new version makes changes to improve SpamSieve’s filtering accuracy and provides Mac OS X 10.8 Mountain Lion compatibility.

VVI has announced Vvidget Code 10.8.3 (www.vvidget.org/develop/), an update of the solution for converting data to graphs for presentation. The upgrade adds Mountain Lion support.

Basil Salad Software has revved News Anchor (news-anchor-mac.com/wp/), — a text-to-speech news reader that offers hands-free, one-click access for information enthusiasts to catch up with their reading lists while simultaneously doing other tasks — to version 2.5.1. The upgrade adds Mountain Lion and Retina display support.

Trailrunner (http://www.trailrunnerx.com), a Mac OS X solution for folks doing long distance sports, has been updated to version 3.7.697. It’s a maintenance upgrade with some bug fixes and performance improvements.

Doremisoft has updated SWF Video Converter for Mac (www.swfvideoconverter.com/), a tool for converting flash SWF files to various popular video and audio formats, to version 2.3.3. The upgrade adds compatibility with Mountain Lion.
