Booq bags has unveiled the Mamba daypack and Mamba courier, a laptop backpack and messenger-style laptop brief, respectively. Both use natural fiber .

Each bag is equipped to carry a 13-inch or 15-inch Mac/PC, iPad, and iPhone, as well as books, magazines and personal items. Booq’s Mamba daypack and Mamba courier start at US$99.95 and are available at www.booqbags.com .
As members of booq’s Fibre Collection, the Mamba daypack and courier are constructed with a natural fiber developed exclusively for the series. Water-resistant and organically dyed, with a smooth yet rugged feel, its unique properties allowed booq’s design team to achieve an extremely lightweight, durable and elegant design, while conserving valuable resources, according to the folks at booq bags. Each bag comes equipped with YKK zippers and features a metal-framed Terralinq serial tag, booq’s service that helps reunite the owner with a lost & found bag.

Booq’s Mamba daypack incorporates a padded notebook compartment lined with a lightweight nylon fabric and is outfitted with pockets for iPad, iPhone and pens. An exterior zippered pocket provides protection and access for smaller items.

If a laptop brief or messenger bag is more your style, Mamba courier is a lightweight option to tote over the shoulder. Unlatching two metal hooks and opening the large front flap will reveal a zippered storage pocket, dimensioned for the iPad with or without a case or folio. A separate padded laptop compartment is lined with non-scratch nylon fabric and includes several fitted pockets for smaller items. Magazines, books and documents will find comfort in the large back pocket that also includes a concealed quick-access pocket, sized for the iPhone with or without a case.
