Berkshire Falcate has announced Stress Breaker for the iPhone, iPod touch and iPad. It’s an US$0.99 stress relief game designed for “de-stressing” beating up the offender with a wide range of sophisticated weapons.

CulinartMedia has released Tour the Finger Lakes 1.0 for iOS. The $3.99 travel app sports over 24 tours, 150 site descriptions with color photographs and mapping and satellite functions, “Tour the Finger Lakes” provides customized tours of the Finger Lakes region in New York State. It’s designed to quickly provide users with a personalized travel experience around this region, including the areas of Bath, Syracuse, Rochester and Ithaca.

Club 15CC has introduced Sound Wand for iOS. The $2.99 leverages the built-in motion sensors in iDevices to create virtual musical instruments. You can create original music by moving your device through the air like a conductor.

Ninebuzz Software has launched Clear Scales for iOS. The $0.99 app is aimed at beginner guitarists wanting to master the art of guitar soloing. Clear Scales offers an instructions section complete with music theory and general practice tips. Like Jam Tracks, Clear Scales focuses on the Pentatonic scale.

VillaApp studio has presented Cardio Lie Detector for iOS. The $1.99 app that detects lies by monitoring changes in a subject’s blood flow and heart rate.

TinkTank has launched KoKoKo, its new language learning tool for iOS devices. Available in both free and $1.99, the app is based on a traditional Korean game contextualized for children 2-6 years old to learn body parts in English and Korean.

Inspirational Futures has unveiled livemapp for iOS. The free app allows users to discover and share what is happening both nearby and around the globe.

Addictive Prod has debuted The Million for the iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch. The free allows users to “instantly synthesize their net worth” and “compare their income and money-making potential head-to-head with politicians, celebrities, business moguls among others.”

ParkMe has premiered a free iPhone app that allows users in Central Austin (Texas) to find real-time availability of garage and street parking.
