Apple employees to get raises earlier than expected

In a video sent directly to Apple Store employees, newly appointed Senior Vice President of Apple Retail John Browett has promised a three month advance on employee salary raises. Apple Store, reports “9to5Mac” (http://www.9to5mac.com).

Employees were previously scheduled to see their raises on Sept. 30. Now the raises are slated for June 30.

As for Browett himself, he’ll receive shares worth at least US$56 million to be awarded over five years, according to “Bloomberg” (http://macte.ch/SMuJ0). The VP will receive the shares in addition to his annual salary.
