Apple has released the Mac OS X 10.7.3 Supplemental Update, which fixes an issue when restoring a Mac from a Time Machine backup.
You can obtain the update via the Software Updates component of Mac OS X’s Systems Preferences app. The 24.55MB download is recommended for every Time Machine backup using running Mac OS X 10.7.3.
