Prosoft Engineering has released Photo Transformer for Mac OS X 10.6.8 and higher. It’s available for US$9.99 at the Mac App Store.
Photo Transformer lets you categorize your photos by type, date or size. Its categories make it easy to find the images you are looking for and then process them in a variety of different ways, says Greg Brewer, CEO of Prosoft Engineering.
Photo Transformer doesn’t require your photos to be managed by a library or database. It will find images no matter where they are located on your system using its fast search and categorization engine, according to Brewer.
