Eltima Software has released SyncMate 3.6, a new version of their sync tool for the Mac. It can now sync Kindle Fire and offers new options for mounted storage devices.

SyncMate 3.6 extends the list of options offered for mounted storage devices. Previous versions were able to sync images, videos, music, and folders between a Mac and any mounted storage device. SyncMate 3.6 adds contacts, calendars, Safari bookmarks, Entourage and Mail notes, and To Dos synchronization.

SyncMate also syncs data on Mac with Android 1.x, 2.x, 3.x, 4.x devices, Windows Mobile phones, iOS 3, iOS 4, and iOS 5 devices, Nokia S40 phones, other Macs, Windows computers, and a Sony PSP. It allows syncing data on a Mac with online Google and Dropbox accounts, and offers its own online storage for data backup.

SyncMate is compatible with Mac OS X 10.5 and higher. It costs US$39.95 for a single license and $59.95 for a family pack for six Macs and is available from the Eltima Software website (http://mac.eltima.com/). The SyncMate Free edition allows the syncing of your most vital data.
