A U.S. court has further postponed a final ruling on its lawsuit against Apple, reports “Reuters” (http://macte.ch/6eWX7).

An HTC official said the International Trade Commission, a U.S. trade panel that investigates patent infringement involving imported goods, would deliver its ruling on Dec. 19. Earlier the ITC had scheduled a ruling for Dec. 13, postponed from the original date of Dec. 6.

Apple first filed its complaint against HTC in March 2010. An initial ruling in July 2011 found that HTC did violate two Apple patents.
