Exuberate has announced Lucia 1.0, their new entertainment app for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch. With the app, you can celebrate the Swedish Tradition of Lucia — the Queen of Light. Pocket Lucia is a traditional Lucia light to hold in your hand while celebrating the coming of Christmas on Saint Lucia day on the 13th of December. You turn on the Lucia light with you finger and listen to classic Lucia/Christmas songs. The first 300 downloads of the application are free.

Ninja Kiwi has released Extreme Tilt 1.0, a tilt-control snowboarding game for iOS devices. Using tilt controls, the US$0.99 lets the player create their own mountain slope and jumps. With a flick of the wrist, players can catch big air and then perform dozens of aerial tricks with simple gestures. The better your jumps and tricks, the more in-game Cash you earn, which you can use to upgrade your snowboard to one of 15 progressively better boards.

Rocket Splash Games has launched Starving Gators, a multiplayer board game. One to four players i the $1.99 can play at a time and each get their own gator. Your goal is to eat as many fish as you can before the timer is up. Eat as many fish you can, making sure to grab the silver fish and the elusive gold fish for bonus points. The timer will count down and the player at the end with the most amount of points wins.

BolderImage has introduced iDashboard for the iPad. The $1.99 app turns the tablet into an information center with the calendar notifications, RSS newsfeeds, local weather, Facebook, Twitter, and iPod music, all on a single screen. iDashboard allows you to view and monitor popular websites and social networks.

LightSpeed has debuted LightSpeed for iPad, an interactive customer-experience platform. The free app allows retailers to offer a next-level personalized selling experience combined with inventory scanning, wireless payments and the retail workflows of LightSpeed.

TrickyTek has presented Body mApp for the iPhone and iPod touch. The main purpose of the $0.99 app is to help users get into shape providing a way to keep track of body measurements and BMI over time. It allows to quickly enter measurements for all body parts, weight or BMI using TrickyTek’s Dot Technology and see the progress in graph form.

Tapptil has given us Lil Painter Winter Edition — Creative Coloring Book for the iPad. The $3.99 app lets kids explore and paint over a variety of coloring pages. Illustrations includes scenes related to holidays activities and characters.

Rough Guides has rolled out its Rough Guides Travel Survival Kit for the iPhone and iPod touch. The $0.99 app is designed to help you prepare for every eventuality, from what to pack in a first aid kit and learning about local weather conditions, to the more extreme possibilities of how to survive a volcanic eruption or how to fend off sharks.

Ape Entertainment says the Strawberry Shortcake digital comic series is now available for the iPhone, iPod touch and iPad. This digital comic app is free to download and features a preview of the first issue at no additional cost.

Eagle Eye for the iPhone, iPad and iPod touch has flown from Skript. The main goal of the $2.99 game is to analyze beautiful pictures. The user gets 15 seconds to take in and analyze the image — then, a spot on that image changes. The inspiration for the game comes directly from a common test required to enter the Russian Special Service.

SCOtutor for Lion is now available on the iPad. It’s a $4.99 multilingual video tutorial designed to explore and explain many of the new features in Mac OS X 10.7. (“Lion”).

Moon Men have begun an invasion of Earth in Space Kiwi, a $0.99 game in which you tilt to navigate the Space Kiwi through obstacles, and tap at the screen to shoot enemies in their tracks.
