Apple has posted MacBook Pro Video Update 1.0. It requires Mac OS X 10.7.2 and is a 70.97MB download.
This update addresses an issue where MacBook Pro (15-inch Mid 2010) computers may intermittently freeze or stop displaying video. You can obtain MacBook Pro Video Update 1.0 via the Software Updates component of Mac OS X’s Systems Preferences app.
