AlwaysOn Technologies releases Cloud Browse Pro

AlwaysOn Technologies (http://www.alwaysontechnologies.com) has announced its first corporate offering. Cloud Browse Pro unlocks Flash and Java for iPad and iPhone by hosting a secure desktop FireFox browser session on remote Amazon cloud servers.

As part of its initial pilot program with corporate customers, Always On Technologies will provide businesses two months unlimited free use of the app to all units purchased with a minimal installation fee (US$10/per unit, the standard set by Apple).

Consumers have shown great enthusiasm for the Cloud Browse product, when they discover that Flash and Java aren’t supported on their new iOS devices, says says Lida Tang, founder and CEO of Always On Technologies. The product has been downloaded approximately 500,000 times from the iTunes store, and has enjoyed double digit monthly growth rates since launch in mid- 2010, he adds.
