Pixel Research Labs has announced JabberMouth 1.0, a video solution for iOS. The US$0.99 app puts your mouth on any photo to record funny videos. You can use any photo on your phone, take a photo with the camera, use the built-in photo search to find a photo, or paste a photo copied from any other app.

Mallow Technologies Private Limited has released Formula MAX 1.0, a physics, chemistry and math formula database developed exclusively for iOS devices. With over 1150 formulas, definitions and values, the $1.99 app offers a collection of reference material especially for students. Formula MAX features a search option, favorite list creation, option to email pages directly from the software, and more.

Jordan Morgan Apps has introduced Th@T WuZ HarD!!! 1.0, a free iPad game.The goal of the game is to use your finger to guide a red square away from all the other moving objects.

University of Pittsburgh students Brian Yankello and Elliot Domagola have launched Police Car ID 1.0, a $0.99 app that will help you identify police cars across the US to encourage cautious driving. With model specifications and images for each car, it’s a tool for all drivers. There is a “tips and secrets” page as well, containing useful information regarding undercover cop cars and driving techniques to prevent tickets.

Pulse Code has debuted Rhythm Studio 1.0, a $1.99 app for iOS devices. It offers a recording and mixing experience featuring a collection of virtual instruments that allows users to go beyond just listening to music and create their own music from scratch. This control surface includes a full 808 drum machine, 303 synthesizer, sample based synthesizer, XY style control pad, and mixer with FX.

Air Playit is new, free video audio streaming software for the iPhone and iPad published by Digiarty Software. Without the need to sync via iTunes, people can remotely get their iOS devices connected with any video on their Mac or PC via WiFi, 3G/4G network. Videos even in in formats such as MKV, M2TS, AVCHD, AVI, WMV now purportedly can be played on iPhone iPad smoothly and instantly.

Bamboo Sterling Company has created GeoTasker Lite 1.0, a free productivity app for iOS devices that can alert a user of their nearby tasks as they travel. It allows users to set up date and time reminders, notes and mark priorities. GeoTasker Lite reminds users of tasks that need to be completed by setting off an alert when approaching an area where the task is located.

Autodesk is offering its Autodesk 123D Sculpt app, a 3D sculpting and painting app for iPad. The app lets users turn shapes, colors and textures into personalized pieces of 3D art. The Autodesk 123D Sculpt app is available for free for a limited time. To add to the creative experience, users can buy five different packs of four shapes for $0.99 each through an in-app purchase.

KPMG, an U.S. audit, tax and advisory firm, has developed the free KPMG GO app for the iPhone and iPad, designed to provide tips and information to help college students in their job search.

To support the fight against lice, Fairy Tales Hair Care, which specializes in natural lice prevention products for children, announced the launch of its first iPhone application, The Facts of Lice.

SmartyShortz has a new app for the iPad in their Smarty series. Smarty Thank You (US$1.99) is geared toward children understanding the importance of saying thank you.  As customary with Smarty Apps there are a variety of bright templates and fun options for parents and kids to enjoy sending a “thank you.” A child/parent can either print out and mail, type and email or even record a smaller child’s voice saying “thank you.”

The math number-sequencing game, NxtApp 4 Kids 1.0, originally released for iPhone and iPod touch, has been re-designed to run natively on the iPad. It costs $1.99.

Zuhanden has created Presentation Link 1.0, a free tool to create and show interactive presentations on the iPad. It’s like a hypercard for presentations, where you can mash PDFs, images, videos and web content into mobile slideshows.

Global Knowledge, which specializes in IT and business training, has rolled out a free app for the iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad. “Assessment: PMP Exam Prep Questions” is designed to test a user’s readiness for the PMI PMP certification exam and knowledge of the principles covered in the “Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge–Fourth Edition.”
