Mireth Technology Corp. has released version 4.7.1 of NetShred X, its Internet eraser that erases Internet cache, history and mail. The new version has been tweaked for compatibility with OS X Lion and Safari 5.1.
NetShred X erases files web browsers and email programs leave behind. It’s designed to run automatically, without user intervention. Since erasing temporary Internet files can take some time, NetShred X was designed to run in the background, so using the software doesn’t interfere with the user’s web browsing.
