Squbo.ru has released MotorMusic for the iPhone, iPod touch and iPad. It’s an US$0.99 music player designed specifically to enjoy music while driving. While driving you have to use either headphones or car player, change CDs, and look up the buttons to change the track or volume settings. All these actions distract you from the road and may result in hazard.

MotorMusic lets you play back your iPhone music files easily. The handy set of functions allows you to manage your player without looking at it. You may play or pause the tune by one touch of any point of the screen, change the track by sliding from left to right or vice versa, settle the volume by + and – buttons. The menu bar is located at the top of the screen.

Oye Faction has announced Zuma Seasons, a free web game for iOS. The game invites players into a feud between a ferocious, child-eating eagle and a heroic and fatherly eagle who only wants to save his children from the evil eagle who kidnapped them.

Nagaraja Rivers has introduced Speak Korean Fun Phrasebook 1.0 for iOS. It’s a $1.99 talking phrasebook app for the Korean language. Each phrase is displayed in large sized Hangul script, Romanization, and English translation. Adam Bellow has unveiled eduTecher Backpack 1.0 for iOS, his free education app for teachers, parents, and students that provides a searchable database of thousands of educational websites. eduTecher Backpack also includes numerous social capabilities for sharing, blogging, posting, and managing ideas, resources, and contacts.

Kuyi Mobile has debuted The Minis, a collection of free mini games for iPhone and iPod touch. Players can catch different kinds of flies using a Flytrap in this casual game, or jump their way to the top of an “endless” tunnel in Jumpbot or reminisce their favorite childhood outdoor game in Jump Rope. The Minis include Game Center and OpenFeint integration to share with your friends.

Christopher Miller has rolled out PasswordGear 1.0, a $0.99 iOS app designed to help users memorize complex and secure passwords.

Novi Forum has offered up Smart Way, a $0.99 strategic turn-based puzzle game for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch devices. The goal is “to outmaneuver and outsmart the super-clever character that is trying to escape the game board by placing obstacles around it.”

Wooten Technology has cooked up Sneakerology 1.0 for iOS. The $1.99 offers users first-hand knowledge of new releases, reviews and the latest news regarding sneaker brands.

Neon Play has served up Pro Tennis Volley 1.0, a $0.99 sports game for iOS devices. Players control an on-screen tennis racket to volley shots back across the court. Pro Tennis Volley stays true to the real game of tennis by rewarding players who have quick responses. It has 30 achievements to complete and live global leaderboards.

Mobivention presents their new version of the classic game Backgammon in a new modern design. Backgammon Gold 1.0 (free) is packed with several individualization opportunities and functions. Besides various game board and tile designs, it also offers three difficulty levels.

Jiayi Chong has unleashed Math Pets! Mini 1.0 for iOS. Math Pets! It’s a $2.99 game designed to make learning essential math skills a fun, social, and immersive experience. Mini games in the app are built to hone skills in addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

MyTaxiControl has driven out myTaxiControl for iOS. The $0.99 allows passengers to check if the correct tariff is applied. Also, the app graphically compares the ideal route to the one taken by the driver. It recalculates the fare as the taxi moves. It can even calculate the estimated fare before boarding a taxi.

Pictureless Books has published AlphaTapp 1.0, their first in a e-book series for the iPhone, iPad and iPod touch. Co-authored by Teffanie T. White and Adrea L. Peters, the $2.99 app plays with the alphabet “to inspire people and honor the immense power of well-chosen words.”

The Center for Biomedical Informatics (CBMi) at The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia has created Genome Wowser, a free iPad app for exploring genomic information. With it a researcher can traverse the human genome just like planning a travel route on Google Map, according to the folks at CBMi.
