Internet Design Zone has announced Complete The Word For Kids 1.0 for iOS devices. It’s a free game that helps small kids to learn to spell and read their first words.

Nigel Green has released CreativeMe 1.0 for iOS. Using gestures such as pinching, panning and rotating, the US$9.99 app manipulates photos and text to create professional looking images that can be saved as a CreativeMe Project, emailed as a PNG image or PDF, printed directly to a network printer or exported to the iPad Photo Album.

Power App has launched HitIt 1.0 for iOS, a $0.99 “Whack-a-Mole” speed touch game that allows players to substitute any face for that of the rabbit that pops out of the hole. Rabbits may pop out of one to four holes, simultaneously. Players must quickly touch the rabbits wherever they pop up, which activates a large mallet that whacks them back down. Each level displays the minimum number of required hits, the maximum allowed misses, and the number of seconds available to complete the level.

Nagaraja Rivers has introduced Reading Thai — Words & Sentences 1.0 for iOS. This $4.99 app helps you practice reading Thai words and sentences in the Thai script. New vocabulary and sentences are presented in Thai script along with audio. Then you can tap the screen to reveal Romanization and English translation to check your reading and understanding. Each sentence or set of vocabulary is shown at first in Thai script only.

SellwareVR has unveiled TreadmillVR Max 1.0 for iOS. The app brings the sensation of virtual reality to the stationary bike user. By shooting video mounted to the front of a bike while traveling outdoors, TreadmillVR Max enables indoor exercisers to share in the experience, from the safety and comfort of their indoor gym. The TreadmillVR Max scene library continues to grow providing users access to additional free scenes. It costs $1.99 for the iPhone/iPod touch version and $2.99 for the iPad version.

7twenty7 has debuted Postale 1.0 for iPhone and iPod touch devices. With the app — available for a limited time for $0.99 — users can create digital postcards of their personal travel experiences and share them via email, Facebook, or Twitter. Users are able to choose their own photos and compose personalized messages, then further customize their card with photo filters, fonts, and retro-styled postage stamps. Upon sending, Postale imprints a postmark that features the date and the user’s current location.

Ezvid has served up EMDR For Clinicians 1.0 for iOS. Created by Dr. Tony Rousmaniere, the $14.99 app provides adjustable-frequency tones for use in EMDR psychotherapy. The application displays the duration of each reprocessing set, in seconds. EMDR for Clinicians can be used with any set of headphones, or can be plugged into computer speakers. It features adjustable frequency tones designed for EMDR and an adjustable volume.

EverAge Apps has rolled out Story Wheel 1.0. It’s a free story creation application for the iPhone and iPad. It’s designed to help you create stories, improve your child’s cognitive abilities and have fun. To start your story, spin the Story Wheel and land on an image; now it’s your turn to make up part of a story with that image. You’ll have 30 seconds to record your voice as you add to the story. Each page lists the speaker and animated image.

Bitongo has served up Green Wave 1.0, a free community commuting app for the iPhone and iPad. It provides relevant traffic information so commuters can avoid unnecessary traffic jams. You can check the most up-to-date traffic information straight on the map, based on your location. With Green Wave, you can see traffic events around your current location shared by other users and report any new events on the go. You can also rate existing events according to their relevance.

Demansol Software Solutions is offering an expansion of their gaming library with Bird in Cage 1.0, its new physics oriented game for iPhone and iPod touch devices. In the game, a bird is trapped in a cage and kept on a heap of blocks. Your job is to smash all the blocks with a given number of shots. Bird in Cage features 90 levels multiple power-ups. Players can challenge their buddies by posting on Facebook and Twitter and more. Bird in Cage 1.0 is free for 15 levels; you can get an additional 75 levels for $0.99 via an in-app purchase.

Star Arcade, in cooperation with Daily App Dream, have partnered on Star Diamonds Capture Pro for the iPhone, iPod touch and iPad. They’ll make the premium version of the game available as a free download as an initial promotion. Star Diamonds Pro is an multi-player game where users need to turn the diamonds horizontally or vertically to get them in a row.

EmirBytes has developed Label Dispenser Lite 1.0, a free, ad-supported version of its photo labeling solution for iOS devices. Label Dispenser was developed for photographers and hobbyists alike to label their photos. It offers controls for manipulating the label’s position, size and angle; users can customize the label, in terms of the background “tape” designs, font face and font colors.

SSA Mobile has cooked up Color Range 1.0 for the iPhone, iPod touch and iPad. The $1.99 photo and image editing app goes beyond brushing parts of the original image to grayscale. Color Range offers the ability to read the color range of a photo, automatically selecting and highlighting colors, while the rest of image is converted to grayscale.

Greenstones has announced the location-based TimeClock for the iPhone. The $2.99 app tracks your time automatically as you enter or leave the office. You just need to indicate where do you work or select it on the map. TimeClock will then track your location and calculate the hours you’ve worked even if the application isn’t running. Youo can review and change times and comments manually. The weekly and monthly reports will help you export times to your preferred spreadsheet application.
