Joerg Piringer introduces RealBeat 1.0 for Mac OS X

RealBeat.jpg

Joerg Piringer has introduced RealBeat 1.0 (http://apps.piringer.net/realbeat-mac/), a music creation app for Mac OS X (10.6.7 and higher). It’s a software based sampler that enables anyone to record sounds, cut and loop and create rhythms out of them.

RealBeat provides access to sampling and manipulating recorded sounds live or at home. It also features an easy way to let the computer speak in different voices and use it as a source material for loops.

RealBeat for Mac isn’t a fully fledged sequencer or sound software. Rather it offers simple and fast access to sampling and manipulating recorded sounds live or at home.

RealBeat 1.0 for Mac costs US$5.99 USD (or equivalent amount in other currencies). It’s available worldwide exclusively through the Mac App Store in the Music category.
