Creativity Different has introduced the CDBrace (http://www.cdbrace.com/), a new accessory for the MacBook and other portables. It attaches to your laptop without affecting its normal use.
You can leave CDBrace on all of the time as it fits in most bags and cases. However, it’s easily detachable, according to Terrance Kirkwood, founder of Creativity Different.
The CDBrace is the first product from the company. It retails for US$29.95. However, Creativity Different is offering the CDBrace for a special pre-order price of $20 — and a “very special” $5 price to the first 50 pre-orders — through May 31. It’s due for release in late summer and works with a Unibody Macbook or any laptop with a 9.5-inch, unobstructed gap between the laptop’s screen and base.
