The month’s busiest week is coming to “The MUG Event Calendar. Bob “Dr. Mac” LeVitus is on the road this week, making three different user group appearances on his annual Mid-Atlantic MUG Tour, twice in Pennsylvania and once in New Jersey.

Guy Kawasaki will make an appearance at the May meeting of an Oregon group, and Gary Rozenzweig of MacMost will visit a Colorado group. Other topics on this week’s agenda include several iPad programs, eBay, digital photography, authoring iOS apps, what to do with old Macs, voice commands on the Mac, Google Groups, MobileMe, cloud computing and more.

“The MUG Event Calendar” can be found at The MUG Center (http://www.mugcenter.com), an online resource for Mac User Groups. MUGs are good places for making new friends in the Mac community, improving your computing skills, finding solutions to technical problems, and perhaps locating a good deal on used hardware. For more info on MUGs, and to find the location of the one nearest you, go to Apple’s MUG page (http://www.apple.com/usergroups/).
