Renkara Media Group has announced iPhraseBook 1.0, its new universal travel app for iOS devices. It’s an expandable audio phrase book that serves to help travelers communicate in 10 languages. This expandable audio phrase book can be upgraded by adding new languages. At any time, users can upgrade their iPhraseBook app to gain access to an expanded selection of languages. Each language offers over 2,000 phrases and accompanying native speaker audio pronunciations. iPhraseBook 1.0 is priced at US$12.99. The five additional languages cost $2.99 each.

Dante Varnado Moore has released Perform Pro 1.0, a professional sheet music organizer, reader and recorder designed specifically for iPad. The $4.99 app offers a way for musicians to read music without ever taking their hands off of their instrument. Designed for orchestras, bands, choirs and individual musicians, users can import and manage thousands of scores, then arrange them into sets in the order in which they desire to perform them.

Volyy has launched eLastyc Trio for iOS devices. The $2.99 app splits a photo into pieces with a “blast” producing a collage of three comical reflections of the face. Morphing appears in real time and is adjustable in a number of ways.

Applause Code has debuted Drop 1.0, their new game for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch devices. In the $0.99 app, you’re trying to set the record for longest fall by a skydiver. Steer clear of obstacles to avoid damaging your parachute, and collect power-ups to fall as far as possible. The farther you fall, the larger your score grows. Drop features four unique obstacles and Game Center support.

PTT Solution has unleashed Save the Sacred Turtle 1.0. The free game is special because it was made for a species of turtle that lives in VietNam. AppGeneration is presenting Crazy Formula 1.0 for iOS. In the $0.99 game, you must create a way to make a formula pass through lab tubes till it gets to its final destination, As the game becomes more difficult, you will have to combine different fluids, with different colors, to get the right final result.
Geotrio has updated Geotrio Tours for iPhone and iPad users to version 1.5. The free app provides free tours complete with maps, routes, automatic audio and images, all created by locals. Users get personal guided tours, GPS-based and interactive, of different locations and sights around the world. Each tour comes complete with maps, routes, images and audio that automatically starts when a user stops at a place of interest within the tour.

The Big L Company has announced The Interpreter 2.1 for iPhone, iPod touch and iPad users. The app is a free tool for physicians, nurse practitioners, physician’s assistants, residents, interns, nurses, and medical students, supplying quick flowchart analysis and ranked differential diagnosis for lab result abnormalities.

CodeLathe has updated Tonido for the iPhone, iPod touch and iPad to version 2.0.1. The app offering users a free way to access and share their home computer documents, music, photo and video files from anywhere, on their iDevice. Version 2.0.1 adds and improves functions such as over-the-air file transfer, thumbnails, search functions, detailed views, offline file or folder access.

Amunsol has released Tracker for Facebook Pro 1.0.2 for iPhone, iPod touch and iPad users. The $0.99 app lets users see a map and list view of their Facebook friends’ locations in real-time and via Facebook Places Check-Ins. Users are able to also send messages with smileys, hide their location and tracking history and more. Tracker for Facebook also offers the capability of being able to view friends in a camera augmented reality.

RafSoftware has updated Remoter VNC for iOS — their productivity app that enables users to connect to any Mac, Windows, or Linux computer and control it from their iOS device — to version 2.0. Featuring the platform-independent VNC, Virtual Network Computing, protocol for screen sharing, the app is designed to be easy to configure and use. WiFi and 3G connectivity is built in, and Telnet and SSH support are available as an in-app purchase. Also featured are a 3-mode virtual trackpad, and 18 user-configurable settings.

Remoter VNC 2.0 is being offered for $0.99 for a limited time, with free lifetime upgrades. In-app purchases are available that enhance the functionality of Remoter VNC. The SSH add-on is $0.99 and adds Secure Shell connections, and arbitrary TCP tunnels. The Telnet add-on is $1.99 and adds Telnet server connectivity. The Remoter Complete add-on is $3.99 and includes both SSH and Telnet add-ons, plus free lifetime upgrades for all new and revised add-ons.

Mother Tucker has introduced BlueCam Free 3.0, an update to its free video still camera app for iOS. BlueCam Free offers remote control ability, 9x digital zoom, auto and manual uploading to Faceback/Flickr/Twitter, photo and video timers, photo filters and more. Designed originally for iPhones with built-in Bluetooth support, version 3.0 introduces video recording, 9x zoom, stealth mode, video timers and about-to-fire timer sounds.

Digital Poke has updated 360 Web Browser, their mobile browser for iOS, to version 3.0. The $0.99 app is powered by the Prodigy Engine. Version 3.0 brings Ambience Awareness in the media player, an iPad optimized interface, new Crimson Oak theme and more.

Sliced-Pi has rolled out fWhiteNote 3.3.3, an update of the notebook application for the iPad and iPhone. It’s a $3.99 digital notebook application for the iOS device family that supports free-form text positioning and basic free-hand drawing as well as support for images and sound. It’s designed to replace a physical notebook but applies technological advantages such as searching, real-time collaborative white boarding and content sharing.

Indeeo has updated iDraw, their vector illustration application designed specifically for the iPad, to version 1.1. The $9.99 app offers support for vector shapes, brushes, layers, text, images, fully customizable canvas styles and more. Version 1.1 adds Dropbox integration and SVG import.
