M-Edge Accessories (http://www.medgestore.com) has announced their upcoming line of accessories designed for the upcoming iPad 2. They’ll be available in the spring.

M-Edge CEO Patrick Mish says the iPad 2 accessories will include fan favorites from M-Edge’s Professional line, made of durable microfiber leather and available in a variety of vibrant colors. Among the Professional line offerings are the Executive Jacket, sporting a new design and updated stand functionality; and the Method Portfolio, a favorite of business professionals, with additional storage space and versatility.

For the more intrepid iPad 2 users, M-Edge’s Sport line provides peace of mind and the ultimate in rugged protection, Mish says. The bestselling Latitude Jacket will be back with a new look, but the same zip-around protection to guard your iPad from dust and drops. For fully-optimized use of the iPad 2, the Latitude Jacket with integrated TheaterStand by ZeroChroma lets you choose from 16 viewing angles in either portrait or landscape orientation.

Swimmers and boaters may be interested in the splashproof and sandproof Leisure Jacket, which will sport an updated design for the iPad 2. And the Touring Sleeve’s impact-resistant neoprene will cushion the iPad 2 from the force of a fall.

Also being revamped for the second gen iPad is the Cambridge Jacket, made of genuine leather and canvas. The Classic Jacket gives the iPad the feel of a first-edition hardcover book, with an exterior crafted of cotton book-binding fabric and a genuine leather ridged spine.
